Eligibility: This giveaway is open exclusively to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of TN Shine Co., their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

Promotion Period: The TN Shine Co + Rated Red Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on November 22, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 17, 2023.

How to Enter: Limit one entry per person. Entrants must visit tnshineco.com/giveaway to register for the giveaway. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prize: There is one grand prize to be awarded. The winner will receive a special prize package from TN Shine Co. The prize details are described above.

Winner Selection: The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on December 18, 2023. The winner will be notified by email and must provide valid identification to claim the prize.

Taxation: The winner will not be responsible for any taxes related to the prize.
